Terms and Conditions

  • Legally perform a marriage ceremony
  • Provide an opportunity for up to twenty of your closest family or friends to witness the ceremony
  • Provide an awesomely styled area for your ceremony and photo session/reception
  • Provide you high quality services from some of Houston areas best wedding vendors.

 You promise to:

  • Confirm with the pop-up wedding planning team that there is a slot for you on the day before you submit this form
  • Pay a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total fee on submission of this form, and the balance is due 30 days before your selected wedding date
  • Arrive on time, for your pop-up wedding.  Please do not arrive earlier than five minutes before your designated time as we do not have the facilities or staff to properly greet and cater to you and your guest. If you arrive late, depending on the time, we will be able to accommodate your marriage ceremony, but please understand that your time for getting photos may be cut short because of  later bookings.
  • Let us know how many guests are witnessing the ceremony.
  • Bring marriage license with you on day of wedding ceremony. We cannot perform marriage ceremony without the marriage license on site. Bring your birth certificate or passport and driver’s license to the pop-up wedding so the ceremony can begin on time.
  • Let us know if you are exchanging wedding rings
  • Let us know if you would like anything special to happen in the ceremony, unity ceremony, etc.
  • Let us know about any special photographic needs
  • Understand that once payment has been made there are no refunds unless we are unable to provide the above listed service.
